This rarely seen Summarit produced at the Leica factory in Midland, Ontario is in excellent condition for its age and comes with "bell case" and cap.

With a production period from 1949-1960 delivers better performance than the previous version - "Xenon" The Sumitar was designed after the war an employs new glass types. The later batches were produced in Midland, Ontario by Leitz Canada
